That's right, it's D-Day -- Deadline Day!

All candidates must have their applications and recommendations submitted today to be considered for the MS&L Experiential Awards. You best believe, I am all in!!

Keeping it Real

Dear Kelly - hi! - it's so obvi you read my blog and are trying to one up me. Why can't you just be supportive and put in a good word for me so I too can volunteer at the Park? I think it's about time we join forces for the greater good. Pick Me and I'll Pick Up the Trash

Being Earth Day, I thought it only appropriate to draft my first blog post on this (what could be the shortest lived blog if not selected - positive thoughts, only positive thoughts) new site.

The deal: Because I have been a loyal public relations professional to MS&L Worldwide for four years, I am eligible to apply for this super cool opportunity to take a one-month, paid sabbatical to volunteer at the organization of my choice. Amazing, right?!

The charity: If chosen, I will FINALLY go green and spend time working with the Central Park Conservancy. After all, the reason I live in a tiny UES apartment is to be blocks from the most famous park. What has kept me from donating my time in the past? Well, I just felt that I had minimal time to really make a difference. Not any more - I'm ready to get Paid to Park - fingers crossed!
